For entertainment only

Soulari provides readings, portraits and chat for entertainment and self-reflection only. It does not make real predictions and should not be relied on for decisions about relationships, health, finance or law.

Portraits are interpretations

Any "future partner" portrait is an AI-generated, anonymous interpretation. It does not depict, identify or attempt to recreate any real, living person.

AI chat

Chat with Sori, our AI guide, is for entertainment only and is open to adults aged 18 and over. Answers are generated by AI and can be wrong. Free daily limits apply and may change. Do not abuse the chat or access it with bots, scripts or other automation.

Subscriptions

Soulari Premium adds AI partner portraits and is sold as a weekly plan ($3.49/week), a monthly plan ($7.69/month) or a yearly plan ($41 for the first year, then $62/year). Chat with Sori and the readings are free and not part of any paid plan. Plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime with "Manage plan" on your profile page; you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.

Orders are processed by Dodo Payments (dodopayments.com), our Merchant of Record: it takes the payment, handles sales tax and VAT, and its terms of sale also apply.

Refunds and cancellation

If you are not happy, email support@soulari.app within 14 days of a payment for a full refund, no questions asked. Refunds go back to the payment method you used. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for, and after 14 days the current period is not refunded. We answer email within 2 business days.

Daily limits and fair use

Each plan's daily limits are listed on the pricing page and reset at 00:00 UTC. Chat with Sori is free for every signed-in account under a fair-use limit meant for one person's own use; we may pause automated, shared or abusive use.

Acceptable use

Use Soulari kindly and lawfully.
